You are looking at a pretty much brand new condition British Civilian Duty gas mask!
It includes a safe 3d Printed filter, which is obviously safe to wear/ display as the original filters contain asbestos.
The straps are in great condition, head harness that the straps are fed through is in great condition. Everything on this mask is in great condition.
